Bypassing requires little to no skill and can be used by criminals to rob your shed. Picking requires practice and skill, even raking.
Auto is a whole other world that is usually left to professionals and theives.
Part take in all aspects of lock sport but leave some stuff of open forum and public domain.
The above is not taboo as we all do it but don't show to general public.

basically because it is not part of Locksport and also, I do all my picking in the hand so kind of difficult to hold a car - last time I tried I had a hernia lol

one reason is that we don't really want to attract those nice people who are just looking for a quick way to break in to cars or into other folk's property - we are a hobby site for enthusiasts and that is who we cater for

Hi, just curious, but why are auto locks and bypassing no-no's? Not overly concerned, but I like to dabble in all areas of lock opening.

This is my first time using a forum and the rules are a great help I just wish I had read them before I sent a PM to Waddac2c.

Perhaps we need a rule that states posts should be written in English?

I'm sorry if that sounds douchey, it's not meant to.
